braised greens, salt-roasted sweet potato

Roseda Hanger Steak
herb frites, creamed kale, crispy shallot

espresso whip, maldon salt

Apple Galette
cinnamon caramel, toasted oat cream

Sweet Potato Pie
sunflower seed brittle, marshmallow meringue

 $65/person plus a bottle special for the evening.
