Once again, all meetings will be from 6:30pm-8:30pm.

                                             

Please also see attached 6 of the final flyers for the meetings (the flyers for Wards 5 and 8 will be produced early next week). Please let us know if you would like to receive printed copies of the flyers for distribution throughout your respective neighborhoods, and the amount of flyers you are requesting, and we will make copies and hand deliver these to you at a convenient location for you within your respective ward. While we are implementing an aggressive outreach campaign in support of the meetings, we also ask that you please help us in spreading the word by posting this information in your various list serves, blogs, newsletters and other social media.

As one final note, should you miss the town hall meeting for your respective ward, please feel free to attend any of the other meetings as the presentation being provided by our C.E.O. and General Manager George Hawkins will be the same for all the meetings.
