At the last DC Water tunnel update meeting, they announced plans for a public comment on plans for beautification after the tunnel project is over. Specifically I believe they were going to have option to review their plans and provide inputs on trees, as well as other elements. The date was to be this Saturday at their 1st Street & V Street office. I haven't seen any announcement since from them or elsewhere and think it would be great to let the community know.
