To the Fifth District Community,

On Saturday, May 28, 2016, at approximately 10:58PM the victim was walking southbound in the 1500 block of North Capitol Street NW when Suspect 1 asked for a dollar which the victim ignored his request.  The victim was then surrounded by two additional suspects when Suspect 2 grabbed the victims purse from her shoulder.  The 3 suspects fled on foot onto P Street NW.

Lookout:

Suspect 1: black male, 16-17 years of age, 5’6”-5’8” tall, flat top hair, wearing a black shirt and dark colored pants

Suspect 2: black male, 16-17 years of age, 5’6”-5’8” tall, flat top hair, wearing a black shirt and black cargo shorts

Suspect 3: black male, 16-17 years of age, 5’6”-5’8” tall, flat top hair, wearing a black shirt and black pants
