The Ten DC Neighborhoods Where Homes Are Selling Fastest in 2016

A good metric for determining the most competitive housing markets in DC is to look at where homes are selling the fastest. Today, UrbanTurf decided to take a look.
                                                             
Looking at data from advertised and legal subdivisions around the city, we used the metric for median days on market in 2016 to see which local markets are moving the fastest.

Three neighborhoods dropped out of the top ten this year: Adams Morgan, Bloomingdale and Kalorama.
