letter to addressed to Kennetta Hickson at the Veranda Condos (151-155 V St NW) -- not a resident of the condo building

We received a letter at the Veranda condos (151 & 155 V Street NW) that the listserv may have a better chance of getting to the right place than the post office will, as it bears no return address. It is made out to a Kennetta Hickson, which is not any of our residents. [Picture attached.] Please let me know if this is you, a neighbor you know, or if you are the sender!
