Hi Everyone,

Check out our upcoming Fire Cider workshop with Resident Herbalist Tricia McCauley.

Yes, it's still hot outside, but fall will be coming soon!
Join Common Good Resident Herbalist Tricia McCauley on a Fall evening to learn how make fire cider and get ready for winter.

Fire Cider is a traditional herbal remedy that can be used to support your immune and digestive system. Participants will learn a new understanding of the immune system, and how to work with it to prevent (or at least shorten) colds and flus. And you'll create your own version of fire cider to take home with you, to support you through the winter months.

Many thanks!
