Robbery Snatch

CCN 16-162-005 V-1 reports that while she was walking EB at 33 R St NW she was approached from behind by two black males 14 to 18 year old.  S-1 came right behind her and snatched her yellow purse from her right hand.  V-1 and S-1 had a minor struggle before S-1 fled on foot WB on R St NW with S-2 behind.
