Following up: I was mugged Friday 9/23/2016 at 1:41 AM by medium-skin African American man, approx 5'10'', slightly overweight, shaved head, wearing a whit t-shirt and red mesh gym shorts and sneakers. I was walking east on T Street NW and he was walking west on the same side of the sidewalk at 4th and T (across from the liquor store). He said good evening and I responded and he lunged for my purse, pushing me onto the sidewalk as result. He ran west on T, turning north on 5th. I was bruised as a result but generally okay.
