FST Construction Alert View this email in your browser FST Construction Alert Bulkhead Gate Testing 11/8/16 Good evening, First Street Tunnel Community. Bulkhead gate testing will take place this week at First and V Streets and on Flagler Place. During this testing period, the construction team’s intent is to minimize impacts to the community by limiting crane time to only installing and removing the bulkhead gates and to minimize sidewalk and lane closures. Parking will be restricted within the work zone. Final testing will occur on Thursday and Friday. We will let you know of any schedule updates.
