neighbor: at 6:45 am this morning, US Marshalls at a house near North Capitol & Bryant St -- guns drawn -- any info?

See this message from a Bloomingdale resident earlier this morning:

My roommates and I were heading to work this morning at the intersection of N. Capitol and Bryant about 6:45 a.m. this morning and there was a S.W.A.T. style bunch of U.S. Marshals surrounding the house with guns drawn. It was pretty concerning to walk out on, and any info you might be able to find would be much appreciated.

Good morning - there was a very large (and heavily armed) police presence at the corner of Bryant Street and North Capitol, NW this AM (around 7:30).  Can you provide us neighbors with any information?
