We came upon two bags that had been stashed underneath our back steps on the south side of the 200 block of Rhode Island Ave NW: a black Pacsafe backpack and a khaki canvas shoulder bag with leather straps. Both bags appear to have been gone through by someone who is not their owner. No identifying information was left behind, but there are some distinctive items that this apparent coffee aficionado and fan of Victorian realism probably wants back.
