My name is Angele White; and I am a member of St. Martin's Church Health Ministry.

On Sunday, January 22nd, from 10 AM to 2 PM, St. Martin's Church is hosting its' Annual 

Small Steps for Better Health Parish Health Fair 2017!

St. Martin of Tours Church, located in Ward 5 on North Capitol St., NW (between Rhode Island Avenue and T Street NW) is having its' annual parish health fair on Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 10 AM - 2:00 PM. and I think it would be GREAT for you to share this event with members of the community!

This church community event will take place in St. Martin's Pioneer Room--7 T Street, NW

(Please Use Side Steps or Door to Enter Lower Level of the Church)

If possible, we would love to have you represented at this event to provide information about services/resources available for our community! 

As our community grows, so does it grow in diversity!  

                                                                       

If there is someone who could provide assistance, speak, and/or printed materials for your organization in Spanish, this would be most appreciated. (Please make available information in Spanish for at least 10-15 persons.)

PS.  The actual address for the church is 1908 North Capitol Street, NW  Washington, DC  20002.  However the Health Fair will take place in The Pioneer Room of the church; to enter, you must go around the corner from the Main Church entrance on North Capitol Street and enter from 7 T Street, NW.  Thanks again!
