Arrests Made in Multiple Robbery Offenses 

(Washington, DC) - Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department announced several arrests in recent robbery cases in Washington, DC. 

Third District: 

• On Wednesday, March 1, 2017, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 24-year-old Steven Houston of Southeast, DC, was arrested for an Armed Robbery of an Establishment (Gun) offense that occurred in the 400 block of Rhode Island Avenue, Northwest.  CCN: 16-181-746

On Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at approximately 10:50 am, a suspect entered an establishment, brandished a handgun, and ordered an employee to open a cash register.  The employee complied and the suspect fled the scene with US currency.
