BCA IN SEARCH OF
NOMINATIONS/CANDIDATES FOR OFFICERS
Two BCA officers recently
resigned. Consequently, the BCA is seeking nominations/candidates for
their replacement. Self-nominations are welcomed. This is an
excellent opportunity to learn and participate in the numerous challenges
confronting our neighborhood. If you are interested please email the BCA President at terijanine@gmail.com
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Corresponding Secretary: Gives proper notice of all meetings of
the organization; responsible for preparing correspondence of the organization
as assigned by President; posts and maintains the BCA website and other BCA
social media outlets e.g., Facebook. Twitter. Coordinates efforts with
the Assistant Corresponding Secretary.
Recording Secretary: Records (in a timely manner), all BCA
proceedings and circulates these drafts to the Board for final comment ;
ensures final minutes of BCA monthly meetings are submitted for posting on BCA
website; maintains a permanent record of all proceedings; prepares and distributes
copies of minutes to community listserve/blog and at BCA meetings.
Coordinates efforts with the Assistant Recording Secretary.
