We are looking into building a garage on our property and are
wondering if any neighbors have done so recently and could report on the
experience (e.g., did you have difficulty getting permits -- FWIW there is a
partial wall suggesting there was once a garage on the property; how long did
the project take), provide a rough sense of cost, and recommend contractors.
