Hi Neighbors!
Please join us this Saturday at 12:00 noon at the Park at
LeDroit for a picnic celebrating the 200th anniversary of the birth of
Bahá’u’lláh, the prophet-founder of the Bahá’í Faith. It’s a very historic
occasion for Bahá’ís, and the Bahá’í community of D.C. will be joining our
sister communities around the world in commemorating and celebrating it. Those
of us who live in Truxton Circle, Bloomingdale, LeDroit Park, and Shaw will be
getting together in the park on Saturday from noon onward (probably until about
4pm) for food, games, music, and festivities. All our neighbors are welcome to
join us, so we hope you can make it.
