Burglary One Offense:
2300 Block of
First Street, Northwest
(Washington, DC) - Detectives from the
Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District announced that an arrest has
been made in a Burglary One offense that occurred on Monday, September 11,
2017, in the 2300 Block of First Street, Northwest.
At approximately 12:50 pm, the suspect
entered an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect
was confronted by the victim. The suspect assaulted the victim then fled the
scene without obtaining any property.
On Tuesday, November 14, 2017, pursuant to
a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 26 year-old Brandon Thompson, of
Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One.
