RedFin lists the two Bloomingdale rowhouses owned by DHCD to be auctioned off this month

See this tweet about the two Bloomingdale former Hofgard houses, now owned by DC DHCD, to be auctioned off this month by Alex Cooper Auction.

The two addresses are 36 Channing St NW and 160 Adams St NW.  They are required to be renovated as workforce housing.
