Big Bear Hiring: Evening and Events Floor Manager
Good morning!
We are now taking applications for a new evening manager who will oversee our seasonal dinner and event programs starting this spring!
We are looking for the right candidate will play a central role in overseeing service and promotions. This includes managing a small staff of servers and bartenders for large family dinners, weddings, receptions, chef dinners, and community focused events (such as arts events, performances, and neighborhood gatherings).
The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing, creative, good with people, good under pressure, and organized. You will work closely with our events director, owner, chef, and day manager to put sustainable systems in place while directing and growing a successful dinner and events program.
