McMillan Mayor's Agent Order: "The historic preservation benefits of the proposed project outweigh the preservation losses; the applicants have the ability to complete the proposed project"

The Mayor's Agent Order on McMillan was released today. 

The PDF is 24 pages long and is apparently too large for the Scribd tool. So I have not included the PDF document.
