? any Bloomingdale residents have their DC Water 1st Street Tunnel project insurance claims not rejected ?

Bloomingdale residents:

I attended tonight's Bates Area Civic Association meeting.  Kelly Cislo of Ward 5 Councilmember McDuffie's office mentioned that a number of claims that have been filed for the DC Water 1st Street Tunnel project have been processed.  

I have to admit that I have not heard of anyone having his/her/their claim processed.

Have Bloomingdale residents who filed clams against the DC Water 1st Street Tunnel project received checks, as it were?
