a request has been filed with the DC Office of Zoning to extend the existing PUD for the Joe Mamo lot -- for another two years

Holland and Knight has filed a request with the DC Office of Zoning to extend the existing Planned Unit Development for the Joe Mamo lot at the North Capitol Street NW and Florida Avenue NW (1600 North Capitol Street NW). 

Note that the PUD for the Joe Mamo lot has been extended more than once.

    Any way for neighbors to weigh on this? Seems like it's been going on forever. Maybe shoo or get off the pot.

    Agreed. Any way for the neighborhood to fight this? That lot should be developed ASAP.

    I believe that the single member district commissioner is ANC5E06 Commissioner Katherine McClellan
