Hi Scott,

Thank you again for adding me to the BloomingdaleDC list—have enjoyed staying on top of the daily news! To that end, I wanted to inquire about the process of adding an announcement to your push?

I run a local creative agency, Bugle, and am partnering with the owner of Windows Café to explore business strategies that would help to pivot the aging brand and keep him in the neighborhood. I fielded a survey in the neighborhood last week and am looking to capture a few more perspectives from the locals. If you’re agreeable, I would like to include the paragraph below along with the attached PDF survey.

Please let me know if there are other steps I can/should be taking for you to accommodate; otherwise, thank you for your consideration!

A View of The Neighborhood
As you may know, Windows Café has been a staple of Bloomingdale for 18 years. Recently I was approached to consult on new business strategies that might revitalize the brand and make sure it stays a cornerstone of our community.

I own a local creative agency, and, last Saturday, my team and I surveyed the neighborhood outside Windows to better understand people’s experiences, wants, and preferences of the café and convenience store. As it turns out, our neighbors want to help Windows to pivot, too.

But, to do so, Windows will likely need to evolve. And we need your help.

Please take the 2-minute survey attached to share your perspective. We’re working pro bono to help a local business and your input is valuable to the process. For completed surveys, or any other questions regarding our work, please write to joseph@buglecreatives.com. Thank you!

Keep Window’s in Bloomingdale!

Chief Creative, Bugle

  1. why dont you make this a surveymonkey or other online survey option? i don't think many people will download a pdf, fill it out, and email it back to you.

  2. I agree. Please move this to SurveyMonkey or another online survey. I've tried to download this several times but keep getting the spinning circle and it won't download.

  3. Ditto the above. I'll fill out a survey online, but I'm not printing and filling out and mailing. Sorry.

P.S. This seems like something a "team" of "creative agents" should already know.

  4. I go to Windows and I do have useful feedback. I rolled my eyes over the above objections till I tried to do the survey. Jokes on me. I can't download it or fill it out either. You need to make it easier to get you our feedback.

  5. Yes! I've been wanting to provide feedback on how to update Windows for so long! Very much needed! But can you just make a survey monkey? This 1990's technology is not the most efficient...

  6. Hey, I tried as well to download and send feedback to no avail. Glad to know I'm not the only one who couldn't download it!
