The first 14 months on the job as president of D.C.-based Urban Pace have been busy for Clint Mann. 

The real estate marketing, sales, leasing and advisory firm — which focuses on new construction and luxury properties and is part of the Long and Foster brand — has taken on five major projects between 64 and 135 units, including two in NoMa and the first residential project for the Walter Reed redevelopment.

For the Buffalo, New York, native, the larger projects are what he loves most — a chance to make a mark on an up-and-coming neighborhood. 

Outside of work, Mann can be found spending time in Crispus Attucks Park — the hidden park in Bloomingdale that first drew Mann and his husband to buy in the Northwest D.C. neighborhood. He also serves as chair of the housing committee for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and on the board for the Sitar Arts Center, a nonprofit arts education center in Adams Morgan.
