USPS is awful. I've contacted them multiple times regarding delivery issues to no avail. Speaking directly to the carrier helps, but they are always changing. Give it a shot. You have nothing to lose but your time and patience. :)
ReplyDeleteI have seen this guy and I observed him doing the same thing to my buildings deliveries. I could not believe was I was seeing. On top of that, he's not in uniform, instead wearing street clothes.
ReplyDeleteOne more note, after I saw him tossing packages, he walked up the street before I could speak to him. I went outside to write down the plate number on the USPS truck and there was no tag. Strange
