The DC Zoning Commission order on the 1-year PUD extension for the development of the Joe Mamo lot at 1600 North Capitol Street NW has been issued.
I have provided the ZC order document below.
Here is a snip of the order that references ANC5E's resolution promoting a one-year PUD extension (rather than a 2-year PUD extension), which is what was granted here.
See you in a year!?
Will the development team ask for another PUD extension? One cannot imagine that ANC5E would be happy with that.
