incident at 2nd and S Street NW early Saturday morning, 05-11-2019

4.30 this morning- on the corner S St NW & 2nd St NW - 5 cop cars, many police, 1 EMS truck - a guy in a white shirt & female in yellow dress & a whole bunch of yelling. Anyone know what happened ???
