Unified Scene Theater space at 80 T Street NW to be occupied by DC Real Property LLC real estate office

Curious what the plans are for the now-closed Unified Scene Theater street-level space at 80 T Street NW, just down from Tyber Creek?

The new tenant for the space will be DC Real Property LLC, real estate brokerage in Washington, DC.  Their office has been upstairs -- and now they are relocating to the street-level space.  

The exterior will be painted yellow.  

And now you know that.

Will this be the first real estate office in Bloomingdale?

No.

Maedwell has its office at 1634 North Capitol Street NW.

(and I don't count Nest DC at 87 Florida Avenue NW as a real estate office per se)

So DC Real Property LLC will be Bloomingdale's second real estate office.
