The typical developer wants to build a project as quickly as possible. The typical landowner has little interest in sitting on a revenue-generating plot that isn’t generating any revenue. The typical government official wants to get a big development underway, to begin bearing the fruit — tax dollars, employment, etc. — of the end result.                                                                    

The projects we are highlighting here are anything but typical.
