Man, 81, one of two people killed in hit-and-run

Two people, including an 81-year-old man, were killed Sunday in a hit-and-run in the District, and police said an arrest has been made.

Donald Malloy of Temple Hills, Md., was one of two occupants in a car that was struck at North Capitol and Bryant streets NE about 6:25 p.m. Sunday, police said on Tuesday.
