“Bloomingdale Historic District Targeted Historic Preservation Assistance Amendment Act of 2020” introduced by the DC Council, signed by the Mayor, passed Congressional review – and became effective on Wednesday, 12/23/2020

The Bloomingdale Historic District Targeted Historic Preservation Assistance Amendment Act of 2020” has progressed through the process.  It became effective on 12-23-2020.

I believe that Bloomingdale homeowners can now apply for grants.

The person in the HPO who administers the historic homeowner grant program is Brendan Meyer, who also happens to be the HPO staff reviewer for the Bloomingdale Historic District


DC Council Bill B23-0670 has become Act 23-473.
