Our Bloomingdale neighbor and friend - Whimsical Art Creator * Tom Noll - has done it again with an awesome new patriotic & fun 4th of July Display for his Bloomingdales’ “White Bicycle Fence Art Installation”  at our lovely corner pocket park at Rhode Island Ave NW & 1st & T St.

Tom and his partner Jose Alberto Ucles wish you a safe holiday and to remember to enjoy the Independence & Freedom we All Have now!
