Program to Keep Homes Safe and Accessible:  DHCD's Single Family Residential Rehabilitation Program (SFRRP) helps qualified homeowners finance home repairs to address building code violations; repair roofs; remove threats to health and safety, including lead based paint hazards; and remove barriers to accessibility for persons with mobility or other physical impairments.

The Safe at Home Program from the DC Office on Aging provides home safety and home security adaptations for qualifying seniors and adults with disabilities.
