seeking referrals for a contractor to remove a deck and replace fencing & gate
See this request for referrals for a general contractor:
I'm a Summit Pl NE resident looking for recommendations for a good general contractor. We're hoping to get our back deck taken down, and want to replace the fencing/gate in the front yard. Any ideas?
Greetings All; It is with great pleasure that I recommend a very good contractor with a great team of workers - Brian Brown - he is the developer and contractor that bought and restored and now lives in the Anna Cooper House at T and 2nd Street NW. We just finished a major renovation with him at my home on T Street NW, to remove my two old decks, rebuild the foundation and open and expand the kitchen in the main floor to include a pantry area and a wonderful eatin seating area with the view to the garden from a big picture window and the guest room in the second to convert former unused deck into a wonderful office and sitting/dressing area. We also installed with him all the duct work and the new air conditioner and heat system for all the house.. He is a true professional, strick detail, gets the permits, cleans up, and is realistic at his prices and timing. He redid my basement also about 3 years ago. Contact him and ask him to call me if you wish to see their great work Brian Brown - Next Gen Construction (202)255-5495 Jose Alberto
Does anyone know someone who can repair dishwashers, the control panel seems to have gone haywire, as it does not go on when clicked, and does at other times. Thank you Jose Alberto
i highly recommend Andy Hensley 301.660.0652
