hybrid street lights: might DDOT consider piloting them around the District, including Bloomingdale ?

    First is Youngblood selling them to the City...and how much are they as oppsed to the LED's we're putting in?

    The idea is intriguing...they'd have to be a whole lot better looking than these things. This looks like a train wreck.
