? has anyone received a "claim acceptance letter" from PMA Companies (and not a claim denial letter?)

Okay, okay, I have received a number of Emails from Bloomingdale and LeDroit Park residents asking if anyone in the neighborhood who submitted a property damage claim to PMA Companies -- and who has received a response letter from PMA Companies -- received an "claim acceptance" letter rather than a claim denial letter?  (It's probably called something else in the claims industry, but I think that you understand.)
