A bit bigger than I prefer, but it looks like they are starting with good materials--thank God it isn't siding! Hope they make this a classy building with historic respect & great landscaping--please request they use pervious ground covers instead of concrete so their water doesn't come running into my house!
At CM McDuffie's community hours on Tuesday evening, Tim Clark said that, while the developer will not be changing some of the plans that neighbors are not happy about, they will use some type of permeable pavers for the parking area. Good news for storm water management!
