Special Provisions-District of Columbia notice from my Insurance company

See this message posted at the LeDroit Park list:

I recently received A Special Provisions-District of Columbia, notice from my Insurance Co excluding coverage for water damage caused by any water that backs up from a sewer or drain or sump pump...... I personally have not had any such problems (yet), but would like to know if anyone in Ledroit or Bloomingdale has received similar notifications from their insurance carriers?
