Kimchi lovers, alert! What to do with Number 1 Son's Kimchi? Well, the Koreans use it with grilled meat, but I say: add it to hot dog and sausages, stir fry it with tofu or pork and rice, add to cold rice. Caitlin also makes wonderful sauerkrauts and real New York Deli Pickles but her PRIDE this week is Rilly Dilly Beans, a great swizzle for your Bloody Marys. In fact, the brine could be your secret sauce in your cocktails. Also, a great side dish for grilled chicken, sausages, steaks.

Grate those Chioggia, Red Ace and Yellow Cylindrical beets raw into a salad with carrots and Hakurei turnips. Chop up some awesome spring onions over them. Sugar Snap peas. Sugar Snap peas. Sugar Snap Peas. Swiss Chard is so easy to cook -- just roll the leaves into a cigar shape and chop through them into shreds. Saute quickly with garlic OR you can use raisins....
