DCity Smokehouse is a new venture of the already well established Revive Catering and Events company that has been providing upscale plated dinners and hors d'oeuvres parties to the DC area for the last few years. We hope to provide customers with an affordable and approachable meal with a high level of execution with southern soul influences. Featuring staple items like smoked wings, Pork Ribs and Brisket as well as fried catfish and shrimp and our famous red velvet waffles with fried chicken. Let us cater your next backyard barbecue so you don't have to be sweating over that grill.

Meet the Manager: Rob S.
Rob is a DC native with a fine dining background and a love for barbecue and soul food. DCity Smokehouse is looking to bring the quality and execution level of top of the line restaurants into their cozy barbecue pit. Former Pitmaster of Hill Country Barbecue in Penn Quarter/ China town, Rob left to pursue his own goals of providing quality barbecue and sandwiches to the neighborhood where he grew up and continues to live.
