Mat Bader: ANC 5E negotiating the McMillan community benefits agreement (CBA) with Vision McMillan Partners this Monday, 04-28-2014 - not a public meeting

See this message from Bloomingdale resident Mat Bader:
Please let folks know that the ANC will be negotiating the CBA with VMP this Monday at 6:30 PM at the Summit at St. Martin's Apartment, 116 T Street NE.
                                                                            
It's unclear at this time whether or not this meeting will be open to the public.

According to Sylvia Pinkney, ANC 5E chair, tonight's CBA negotiations are officially closed to the public.

    Mat,
    Can you clarify whether the CBA version elaborated by the MAG with input from the BCA and SCA is being taken into account by ANC5E and VMP or is that being sidelined altogether by VMP and ANC5E in favor of something totally different? (and elaborated by whom i might ask?). I am wondering if this is just as we've seen before....VMP conducting an end run around the local communities by using the ANC5E as their "community voice" when ANC5E seems to be operating without any input from MAG, or the community associations.
