A first: "Residences at Crispus Attucks Park" (a development project name in Bloomingdale that includes the name of the park!)

I attended an open house yesterday at new-in-the-market two condominiums at 2026 North Capitol Street NW.
              
Sometimes the cut-up-rowhouses-into-condominiums development projects get names; most times, however, they do not.

The two-condo project at 2026 North Capitol Street NW did get a name: "Residences at Crispus Attucks Park."
