new construction 100-unit residential bldg planned for empty lot on the northside of the unit block of P Street NE

At tonight's Hanover Civic Association, a developer advised his project for the unit block of P Street NE -- the empty lot down a bit from Full Yum on the northside of the street.

The plans are for a new-construction building to house 100 residential units.  Not sure if they would be condos or apartments.   The plans also call for underground parking.

I believe that the lot is zoned C-3-C.  So one might anticipate that whatever is planned is allowed by-right for C-3-C.
