MPD: arrests made on the 200 block of Q St NW for a Robbery Snatch committed at 1st & S St NW on Saturday, 09-24-2016

On 09/24/2016, at approximately 1435 hours, Fifth District officers received a radio run for a robbery snatch that just occurred at the intersection of 1st and S St NW in PSA 501. Officers responded to the area at which time the complainant reported that while walking with another subject at 1st and S St NW, three (3) juvenile males walked up to her and snatched her navy blue wristlet containing additional property. While the officers were conducting the on-scene investigation, another witness reported that she saw three (3) juvenile males running.  MPD officers and a detective canvassed the area and eventually located the suspects in the 200 block of Q St NW.  The suspects were positively identified and transported to the Juvenile Processing Center for processing.
