All hands on deck for Fall Fest! We always need more hands to help us at Fall Fest - join our volunteer meeting on Sep 27 @ 7 p.m., in the RIA Main Street office. Free snacks and t-shirt for your help on Oct 1!

Fall Fest Week is kicking off with a variety of fun activities for everyone, featuring fall-themed activities each day at highlighted RIAMS businesses… all leading up to the big Fall Fest day!

Fall Fest! Arts, crafts, music, food, gifts, and more! Join us for our 5th year (!!!) of bringing Fall Fest to Rhode Island Avenue NE Main Street. 

Special guests: Mayor Muriel Bowser and Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie will be joining us to kick off Fall Fest at 10 a.m.

Oct 2, 2:30 p.m. - Woodridge Library

Panel Discussion: "Woodridge: Conversations with the Community on the History, People, Resources and Future of a Magnificent Community in NE, Washington, DC."

The panel discussion will focus on the history of Woodridge, a residential subdivision located in the northeast section of Washington, DC. Panelists include Jeremiah Montague, Jr., researcher and author, "The Subdivisions of Avalon Heights, Langdon, Montello, Woodridge, and Winthrop Heights (November 2016)"; Anthony Hood, former president of the Woodridge Civic Association; Sharon Turner, president, Friends of the Woodridge Library; and Kyle Todd, Executive Director, Rhode Island Ave Main Street.
