DMPED budget for McMillan in the FY 2019 proposed budget
I found a McMillan reference in the FY 2019 proposed budget for DMPED. Perhaps someone can interpret something of interest in this DMPED budget description. I am no budget analyst, for sure.
The odd $17.8 million in the budget seems to simply mirror the 'sale of assets' figure -- identical. For bookkeeping purposes, any income has to be put somewhere, so this is what appears to be going on. However, the sale of the real estate is contingent on DC doing all the site-preparation work, including demolition, and that's on hold for the moment. So I think this is just a bit of wishful thinking: no demolition, no infrastructure installation, no deed transfer/sale. -Kirby Vining, Stronghold
