McMillan reference in Mayor's FY 2019 proposed budget: "Ward 5 - A Fair Shot" -- $64 millon for McMillan site redevelopment

While reviewing the Mayor's submitted FY 2019 budget, I spotted a McMillan reference.

The McMillan reference is located in this PDF titled "Mayor Muriel Bowser's FY 2019 Proposed Budget Overview - A Fair Shot Ward 5."

"Funds capital budget initiatives including McMillan site redevelopment ($64 million)."

I haven't rummaged through the entire proposed budget for McMillan items.  Other neighbors may have done so and may wish to comment.
