The 1-yr extension is a little more ambiguous in the doc. Basically the developer has to give BCA a timetable of tasks, and if they stick to it BCA is making a good faith promise to support the additional 1 yr if needed.— Nick Sementelli (@NSementelli) April 29, 2019

Pretty disgusted about the ANCs selling us out here. There is zero excuse for letting Mamo get away with this. If he couldn't develop it in time (and he clearly hasn't tried) then force him to sell. Instead the neighborhood is abused yet again.
