Curious about the subdivision of the lot at 2nd and S Street NW where the eight Gloriana rowhouse condos are to be constructed?

The project has created four new lots with two dwelling units per lot for a total of eight condominiums with parking in the rear off the alley.   

Note that lot subdivisions in DC do not require public notification or approval, so there is no ANC notification, vote, approval, etc etc.  

Here are the four street addresses in Square 3104 resulting from the lot subdivision that occurred earlier this year:
